Pakistan Aeronautical Advanced (PAC) Kamra on Friday handed over three JF-17 Thunder jets to Nigeria, Information reported, quoting Pakistan Air Power (PAF) spokesperson.

The JF-17 is a state-of-the-art fighter plane, featured with excellent flight efficiency and robust operational functionality.

The swish ceremony was held at Makudri, Air Base, to mark the 57th anniversary of the Nigerian Air Power. The ceremony was attended by the protection minister of Nigeria as a particular visitor. Vice chief of the PA, Air Marshal, Syed Noman Ali additionally attended the ceremony.

Addressing the ceremony, the Nigerian protection minister thanked Pakistan for handing over plane and said that trendy JF-17 Thunder jets will assist in growing the capability of the Nigerian air power.

Air Marshal Noman stated Pakistan and Nigeria are having fun with historic bilateral ties. The inclusion of JF-17 Thunder jets into the Nigerian air power will finally improve its capabilities, he added.

Three JF-17 jets have been handed over to Nigeria by the Pakistan Aeronautical Advanced as per the order schedule.
