COP27 draft leaves out pledge to part down all fossil fuels

The Egyptian presidency revealed the primary draft of its so-called “cowl decision” and largely stored final year’s pledge made at Glasgow to “speed up measures in the direction of the part down of unabated coal power” and part out fossil gasoline subsidies.
