Catalysts are of utmost relevance for the manufacturing of chemical substances and power storage with hydrogen. Researchers have now found that the formation of bubbles within the pores of a catalyst could be important for its exercise. Their findings assist to optimize catalyst supplies for reactions through which gases are shaped from liquids — and which play a central position in a future inexperienced hydrogen economic system.
