The Arkansas Museum of Tremendous Arts introduced this week that its restaurant, Park Grill, will start providing dinner service beginning Wednesday, Aug. 23. A press launch from AMFA says the brand new menu from govt chef Patrick Herron “is a mirrored image of my culinary travels and can supply modern interpretations of conventional Southern favorites.”
Menu gadgets embrace a miso-glazed sea bass, with dashi broth, recent ginger, bok choy and shitake mushrooms, and a filet of beef, with tarragon compound butter, herb confit fingerling potatoes, roasted asparagus and French carrots.
Here’s a report on our first few lunch visits. Highlights embrace the Carolina tomato pie and a crispy hen schnitzel sandwich.
Rhett Brinkley Dinner might be served 4 to 9 p.m. Wed.-Fri. Park Grill is providing AMFA members a primary style of the brand new dinner menu throughout two unique seatings on Thursday, Aug. 17 and Friday, Aug. 18.
Reservations for Park Grill can be made here or by calling 501-396-0390.
