Bowdoin Building Hires Director of Design Administration

NEEDHAM, MA–Bowdoin Building introduced the current hiring of Shawn McGuinness as Director of Design Administration.

Shawn brings greater than 30 years of business expertise in each the personal and public sectors, most lately as Supervisor of Design and Building at College of Massachusetts Chan Medical Faculty in Worcester.

On this new position, Shawn will lead the agency’s preconstruction efforts on design-build work. She is going to work straight with Bowdoin’s estimating and operations groups, coordinating with outdoors design companions, to supervise improvement of the design-build tasks in Bowdoin’s portfolio.
