An anti-terrorism court docket (ATC) on Saturday acquitted Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Central Punjab president Dr Yasmin Rashid in Jinnah Home assault case.
The court docket, in its detailed verdict, rejected the plea for Dr Rashid’s bodily remand in case lodged in opposition to her at Sarwar Highway police station. The court docket additionally ordered her launch if she had not been booked in some other case.
The decision said that no proof was discovered in opposition to PTI Central Punjab president.
