
As per ECP schedule, candidates may get and submit the nomination papers until 4:30 pm December 22.
The preliminary checklist of candidates shall be launched on December 23 whereas scrutiny of nomination papers shall be held from twenty fourth to thirtieth December.
As per the schedule, electoral symbols shall be allotted to the candidates on January 13 and polling for the overall elections shall be held on February 8.
The Election Fee of Pakistan (ECP) Tuesday issued pointers for candidates to submit nomination papers. The ECP stated that nomination papers may be submitted from December 20 to 22.
The charge for acquiring the nomination papers is mounted at Rs.100. A candidate can submit a most of 5 nomination papers with totally different endorsers.
The charge for the candidate of the Nationwide Meeting seat is Rs30,000 (non-refundable) whereas the charge for the candidate of the Provincial Meeting seat is Rs20,000 (non-refundable).
The candidate shall connect the earnings tax return paperwork of the final three years with the nomination papers. The fundamental qualification for the candidate is to be a citizen of Pakistan and never lower than 25 years of age.
As per ECP, contestants for Nationwide Meeting seats have to be voters of anyplace in Pakistan.
