Govt to nominate Ali Randhawa as New Commissioner Islamabad

As per the notification issued by the inside ministry, the senior bureaucrat could be given the duties of the chief commissioner’s workplace and the Capital Growth Authority (CDA). The chief commissioner can also be a board member of the CDA, as per the CDA Ordinance.

The official sources mentioned Randhawa could be appointed because the chief commissioner after Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s approval. After that, the Cupboard Division would additionally announce his appointment because the CDA chief, changing Captain (retd) Anwarul Haq on each the positions.

Alternatively, Director Basic Administration Aamir Khalil will change Abdul Razzaq because the DG Assets within the CDA, whereas Abdul Razzaq would report back to the HR Directorate.
