Minister iformatio urges Opposition to evaluate determination to boycott briefing on nationwide safety

Minister iformatio urges Opposition to review decision to boycott briefing on national security
Federal Minister for Info and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry, in response to the Opposition’s announcement to boycott the upcoming in-camera briefing of the nationwide safety committee, mentioned that the choice is unlucky.

The Opposition events introduced on Thursday their determination to not take part within the assembly to be held on December 6, citing the federal government’s “dictatorial” behaviour as its motive.

Taking to Twitter, Fawad urged the Opposition to evaluate its determination and earnestly attend the assembly.

“It’s the first time in seven many years {that a} authorities is presenting its coverage on nationwide safety within the Parliament,” he wrote.

“It’s a matter of nationwide safety, not a political affair,” Chaudhry mentioned.
