Noor Muqadam case: Courtroom rejects bail plea of Zahir jaffer’s mother or father

Extra District And Classes Choose Muhammad Sohail Anjum reserved yesterday the decision on the pleas by prime accused Jaffer’s dad and mom.

It was reported earlier yesterday, the native court docket dealing the Noor Mukadam homicide case reserved its verdict on the plea for bail by Zakir Jaffer and Mrs Asmat Zakir, Zahir’s dad and mom, for his or her suspected complicity within the grisly homicide of ex-diplomat’s daughter.
The plea was submitted by protection counsel of Jaffer’s dad and mom who, vis a vis the prosecution, fought the case with arguments drawn from previous instances and verdicts.

The Extra District And Classes Choose Muhammad Sohail Anjum heard the arguments and reserved the decision which is about to roll out tomorrow.

It could be reminded that, going through their judicial remand, the co-accused dad and mom of prime accused Zahir Jaffer are imprisoned in Adyala Jail.
