North Little Rock officer, suspect shot after housebreaking name

SHOOTING INCIDENT: An officer and a suspect suffered gunshot wounds and had been transported to hospitals.

A North Little Rock police officer and a housebreaking suspect suffered gunshot wounds throughout an encounter Wednesday night time. 

The officer’s accidents weren’t life threatening, and the suspect’s situation was unknown, in response to a press launch from the North Little Rock Police Division. The officer and the suspect had been taken to totally different hospitals. 

At about 6:19 p.m., officers responded to a housebreaking in progress on the 1300 block of Silverwood Path. Officers made contact with the suspect about half a mile away, on the 7000 block of Flintrock Street.
