Rural Arkansas educators examine notes on new podcast

Gwen Faulkenberry, that rock star public schooling advocate out of Ozark, launched a brand new podcast this week. Well timed!

The Arkansas Strong in Education podcast kicked off Feb. 4 with a chat with Marion Public Colleges Superintendent Glen Fenter. Faulkenberry and Fenter share some very candy, very Arkansas-style ties, Fenter having been Faulkenberry’s mom’s prize scholar.

On this inaugural podcast, Fenter and Faulkenberry focus on common pre-Okay, instructor shortages and instructor pay.
