The Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee introduced Wednesday that the Zil-Hajj moon has not been sighted in Pakistan, including that Eid ul Adha in Pakistan will likely be noticed on July 10 (Sunday).
Chairman Maulana Syed Abdul Khabir Azad introduced the choice following a gathering of the committee, held in Karachi after Maghrib prayers to sight the crescent moon.
Addressing a press convention, Azad mentioned no testimony of the moon being sighted was obtained from any a part of the nation.
The primary day of Zil hajj would fall on July 1 (Friday), he added.
“Could God grant the blessings of the upcoming days to all the Islamic world and this beloved nation of mine,” he mentioned.
