James Beard award-winning chef/creator John Currence introduced this week that Chef Matt Bell has been named interim culinary director of Large Dangerous Breakfast. Currence, a New Orleans native, based Large Dangerous Breakfast in Oxford in 2008.
Bell, former proprietor of South on Principal, shall be overseeing all the BBB portfolio. Bell introduced that he was promoting South on Principal in January of 2020 after accepting the place of government chef at Nashville’s Gray & Dudley.
