Governor Hutchinson says no, it’s time to maneuver on. Tribe, a distinguished regulation professor at Harvard, sees it in another way. Me, too.

The governor’s remark draw a reminder from an Arkansas lawyer of his opening speech as prosecutor of the impeachment of President Clinton for mendacity a few sexual liaison.
